Hi, You're looking at using

Hi,

You're looking at using NDMP with that Celerra.
I've put down a link for the BEWS 12.5 Admin Guide:

http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/308400.htm

Information on the NDMP Option:

http://eval.symantec.com/mktginfo/enterprise/fact_...

Give those a read and see if it helps at all!

You can also read this post, although it's a bit old:

Laters!

If you find this is a solution, please mark it as such.

NDMP is your answer to backing that thing up.  You just need to turn on the NDMP feature, dont put in a license key, and you can trial it for 60 days before buying.

There is an online portal, save yourself the long hold times. Create ticket online, then call in with ticket # in hand :-) http://mysupport.symantec.com "We backup data to restore, we don't backup data just to back it up."
