How to backup SharePoint Server 2007 SP1 on Windows Server 2008 x64 with Backup Exec 12.5 SP2 ?

Hi All,

I am having problem in backing up this Single server MOSS 2007 SP1 (WIndows Server 2008 STd x64 + SQL Server 2008 Std SP1 x64), I've followed the instruction in:

but still having the same problem that BE 12.5 SP2 media server could not see the MOSS site structure.

I wonder if anyone have any success story in getting it to work ?

Could you provide the error message that you receive when you try adding the sharepoint farm. Also, are you able to see the sharepoint resources when you expand the web server? Please ensure that remote agent is pushed to all the servers in the sharepoint farm and also the database server.

Although the specified server is a SharePoint resource,Backup Exec cannot confirm the topology.
Review your sharepoint credentials and ensure services are running on the Web servers

Please see if you can enable debugging on sharepoint web server as mentioned in following document:
http://support.veritas.com/docs/275281

Please post some excerpts from the remote agent debug and sharepoint wrapper log.
