how to block specific domain in SMG 8340

Hi Symantec,
My Symantec SMG need to be configured to block specific domain. I've tried to do so but none of these below article work.
What am I missing? Can you please give me a tutorial how to do that?

Hi,
that might be interesting part of blocking a specifc domain.
Are you sure the domain you entered is the correct one as domains can be spoofed?
I have always done it via Bad Sender Domains and more often via Sending IP as its more granular than a Domain.
In case check your mail Headers to see whether it apply and make sure the right domain is entered. Or check whether the verdict has been added what will show you that the Bad Sender Domain is working for the domain.
Also make sure the Bad Sender Domains are enabled and an action has been defined.
