  • 1.  How to block USB in safe mode via SEPM

    Dear All,

    In our environment we are blocking usb trough SEP but this policy is not working in safe mode.

    kindly suggest how we can block USB in safe mode through SEPM policy.

    Not possible

    SEPM policy are not working in safe mode.

    Safe Mode only troubleshooting purpose if you want to block USB on safe mode you can use GPO.

    Hi,

    We are managing 1100+ branch locations in pan india. we can not do manually on 12000+ endpoint.

    Kindly suggest way throuch which we can manage access from central location or from SEPM.

    You can't blocked USB access in safe mode.

    does all client are showing in SEPM console ?

    If you need to blocked USB for safemode you can blocked by GPO.

    In Safe mode , minimal drivers are loaded, ADC driver Sysplant is not loaded, thats why it does not work in safe mode. You better use GPO for it,

    This isn't possible. That's the point of safe mode to load minimal drivers to get it to a working system. You won't be able to do this.
