  • 1.  How can I change a text on the incident window?

    Hello

    I'm trying to change the text "Click here to review and close your incident" on the incident window.

    Anybody knows how can I change that text?

    Hi guys

    I found a way to do that.

    I changed the box Respond Link Name in SD.IncidentManagement->Model:Customer Confirm Resolution, in the form "have customer confirm resolution->Interaction Setup

    You need to be careful when you do this because if there were any tasks that were open with the old name it won't work after the change. They'll get an error message when clicking on the link until you change it back to the original name or let it just time out.
