This issue has been solved. See solution.
How to disable this notification message?
"Symantec Endpoint Protection detected risks while you were logged out. You may need to open the Antivirus and Antispyware Protection Risk Log to view and take action on the risks."
BTW All the risks notifications are disabled "by the book" :)

Have you turned off
Have you turned off Notification for File System Auto-protect
Policies-Antivirus and Antispyware policy- File System autoprotect-Notification- uncheck all.
If you have scheduled scan set-edit it and disable the notification for it.

Can't be disabled
My experience is that it can't be disabled, see this tread:

I will suggest this "solution": "Eat it cause you can't beat it."
This is totally not acceptable
Should I mark this as a solution? :)

You can always hope but I'm afraid you'll be disappointed. Just take a look at the "tremendous attention" from Symantec in this case.

It is random, which means all
