    Any way to disable the user to shared the log in PGP Desktop?

    Afaik there is no option to disable this specific Button. The logfile is created in the Users Appdata directory, even if there would be an option, the user could still delete the file manually. On the other side, specfic logdata are frequently uploaded to Universal Server.

    Thanks mwoj.

    Most frequently i can update to server is 1 min.

    Before log send to server, user go and delete it then i can't trace it :(

     

    BTW, how long universal server keep the log and where to check it?

    Is there something specific you looking for in the logs? By default UN keeps the logs for 30 days. Then the oldest log files behind will be deleted.

    You can find the setting in /etc/crontab: 0 0 * * * root /usr/bin/pgpdellog.pl --days=30 /var/log/ovid >& /dev/null There is no option in the UI for altering this value. If needed you would change it in the crontab.
