I have about 60 ghost images that I need to extract specific data from (ex: *.pst). Can someone tell me if there is a way to do this in powershell, or other scripting methodology, or if the Ghost Explorer is the only way.

Ghost explorer is the only way to do it. Ghost, as any cloning tool, was originally designed to handle disk/volume cloning.
