  • 1.  How can I get the Serial Number?

    Hi, i wanna download file SEPM RU7 from https://fileconnect.symantec.com/dispatch

    but, in there I was asked to enter Serial Number. Would you like to tell me, how i get my serial number?

    If you have a license certificate for your product, it should contain your serial number with a format Mxxxxxxxxxx or if not, please contact Symantec Licensing Department to obtain your serial number to download your software at 1 800 721 3934 option2.

    the Serial Numbers is usually the 'M' number which can be obtained from the purchase documentation or by contacting the Licensing Department
