    How can I have altiris (Client Management Suite) pull local monitor and printer information as it is found in control panel?  I have someone in our location that can do this for us via a script at present and then he has that script also export it to a csv or mdb file that can be sorted and useable for import into access or excel.  I would like to duplicate this with Altiris if I can.  Please advise.

    There is a std printer report that will do that for you. just save to spreadsheet and you can sort on whatever you like
