    hi all,

I was wondering if there is a way in which i could protect the documents in a Content  Management System (Document Archiving) in which all my documents are scanned and saved. from my understanding i could index those documents (IDM) but in that case i can only protect it using network prevent and network protect. but if the user has access to the document (he should have access to do his usual daily work)  and i do not want him to print/fax or copy these documents to USB/CD/DVD. how can i do this? I know that end point prevent works with DCM only, and since the documents are scanned and stored as images then i could not use regular expressions. is there any work arround for this?

    thanks in advance

Well, there's the option to match by filename and extension (can't remember if you can match by the location of the directory and I can't check now). You'd have to remove modify file permissions for the files from all the users which should be possible with your CMS.
