    How can I recover a deleted license on SEP12.1SMB?
     
    I saw the article HOWTO54924 and there isn't 'Recover a deleted license' on the task.

    Hello,

    You would not see the "Recover a deleted license" unless the License is not deleted.

    In the event that you accidentally delete a license file, you can recover it from the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager console.

    I am not sure, if you are trying to Backup your Licenses, are you?

    Hello,

    You would have to contact the Symantec Licensing Department for the License of SEP SBE 12.1

    Once the Licensing Team provides you with the Serial Number and License File (.slf), you may follow the following procedure - 

    Activating your Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 product license
