Hi, due to a mistake during the install of Service Desk 7.5 I need to change the domain part of the admin account (e.g. admin@incorrect.com). I tried to do this and updated the web.config and the main site worked but when trying to raise a ticket or anything else it would throw an error. Changing the username back fixed the issue. Is there a way to change it everywhere somehow?
The recommended method for changing this account information is to perform a repair of Workflow. It should give you the ability to specify the Admin account again.
Thanks for your response. I checked the repair option (upgrade) but it doesn't let me change the username, only the password.
