hi, i tried to edit the profile but not able to change, any idea?
Try to navigate the menu My Profile - Edit Account and then Save option , do you see this option active or have some error message ?
If you are trying to change your email address on your Symantec Connect account. First Log in as suggested, then go to your Profile and use the "Edit" Tab. You will then see the statement that reads as follows: "To change your password, update your e-mail address or company name, please visit your SymAccount page."
