Does anyone know how to do this for softpaq deployments?

I can't find a setting in the console for it, so I'm about to start digging in the database to see if i can find something there, because I have a bunch of clients that are checking in for policies, but  the deployments always time out waiting for the computer, so I would like to set that timeout higher and see if that makes a difference.
