How to change your email address in your profile?

I have recently changed companies, and the email area is greyed out in personal settings. Can I change that?

On that same page, there should be these instructions:

To change your password, update your e-mail address or company name, please visit your SymAccount page. | APPLBN | 761LBN

  • The email address you entered is currently registered with either MySymantec, MySupport, Symantec Licensing Portal, PartnerNet, Customer Care or Symantec Connect. You may login to your SymAccount using your existing user ID and password or enter a different email address to create a new account.

Have you tried to follow the instructions?

  • To change your password, update your e-mail address or company name, please visit your SymAccount page.

Select MySymantec in the drop-down list, then select My SymAccount at the top right of the screen. See screenshot.

It worked perfectly when I changed jobs recently...
