How to check clients list in DLP servers can provide me the steps for checking clients liest in symantec DLP Server

Log into DLP Enforce Console, choose 'System' --> 'Agents' --> 'Overview', there is the list your all registered agents. You can choose to export the list into a csv file.

Hi Mohan,

Step1- Login to DLP console

Step2- Click on System Tab

Step3-navigate below and click on Agents

Step4-click on overview

step5- click on Export and save as csv reports (max 10000) wait as it will take some time to fetch

step6-Open in excel and filter out as per your requirement

In client list u will find the host name, IP address, DLP client ver.,last connected time and current conncetion status.

green agent will indicate healthy status
