  • 1.  How to check SEPM version manually?

    Posted Apr 26, 2012 05:08 AM

    Hi All,

I'm back with one bonus question.

How do we check SEPM version manually? Example situation as below:

    1) Customer has no ideas what version they have. (no documentation, previous PIC has left...)

    2) Unable to login SEPM to check its version. (had some error with java)

    Life is great huh?

    Thanks

...the windows Control Panel?  Mine shows the version in Add/Remove Programs, just had to click on the "Support Information" link after highlighting Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

    Hmm thanks.

Would it be the same for Windows Server 2008?

Yes, it would be the same. If you still can't find teh version then just paste the scm server0.log here and i could tell u the version.

Same in Win2008.  Just highlight the SEPM entry in "Programs and Features" and the product version is shown at the bottom
