Some virus files are available in my usb. Symantec not detec as virus?

These tool will be read the files from usb drive?

Yes, it will check USB as well

submit the files to Symantec securiy response.

Have you attempted a manual scan (with the latest definitions) on the USB drive?

i have run the manual scan but virus not remove

tomorrow my engineer will come with usb drive then i run symhelp and submit the virus.

Aside from running other third party tools, submitting is the best way to go

Is SEP 12.1 detecting any suspciious files, and failing to delete them?  What are they being detected as?

Could you please zip each of the files and submit the zip files (without password) to the Symantec Security Response Team on :

Symantec also offers a self-service site to analyze files, at http://www.threatexpert.com, which can give you more information on the files you submit to it.
