How to clear logs in SEPM 12.1 and the contents in XFER folder

1. There's no option to Delete in Action like it was in version 11x

Open "Monitor" tabe and select "Logs"

Select "Risk" under and select "View Log"

There's no "Delete" option under "Action", there can only be either "Detail", "Allow Application", "Block Application"!

 

2. How do I delete the contents in Xfer folder on remote PC? - c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\symantec\symantec endpoint protection\xfer\filename.tmp - This is where the quarantined files located.

Hello,

1) In SEP 12.1, the logs get purged / deleted automatically and that is the reason Delete Option is not provided.

2) Follow the same steps provided in the Thread:
