    Below is the link which is used to clear out all the definitions on your computer, refer this below article

    Once when this is done go ahead and run LUALL on Start-->Run or try to run liveupdate for your symantec product

    By default clients are configured for 3 defs, 

    so they clean it everday after they are used, 

    if u want to manually change it , u can try this registry trick
