Have you tried to read up on bpkeyutil command usage in the NBU Commands manual?

You will see that -client is optional and that the command can be executed on the client, e.g:

-insert
Inserts a new NetBackup pass phrase to the key file to encrypt NetBackup
backups and archives on this client.

-delete
Deletes an existing pass phrase from the key file.

-display
Displays information about the key file.

-client client_name1[,client_name2,...,client_namen]
Name of the client where the key file resides. The default is the local client.
You may specify multiple client names that are separated by commas. You
can only use this argument if you are a NetBackup administrator.

As a matter of interest, you will also find exact location of keyfile.dat on the client if you read through bpkeyutil command in the manual (as per all your previous posts....)

PS: HOW do you intend enabling encryption in the policy without access to the master? indecision

So as i understand i need to run bpkeyutil individually on each and every client from the path

C :\> program files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin>bpkeyutil -client

Is the above format is correct ?? please confirm on this.

PLEASE go through the options in the manual?

You will see that ALL of the options are in square brackets [ ].

This means that all of them are optional and that you can run the command without '-client' or any other option.
As per Commands manual, without  '-client' option, the default is the local client.
