Hi to all.
Currently, when a user sent an email to an external user that are not created on the CONSUMERS > USERS > EXTERNAL USERS container, the SEMS platform automatically add that External User, and deliver the Email through Web Email Protection. That works very fine.
However, now the C-level people, wants that when an Internal User sent an Email to an External User that are not created in the SEMS platform, to Bounce (Block) the message for delivery.
The argument, is to prevent that an Internal User sent information to unauthorized External Users. Adding External Users must to have a "manual" process, that have to occur prior to send an email to that External User.
How can I change that behavior to meet these requirement.
Thanks for your help.
