How to Convert Outlook to Lotus Notes

I have using MS Outlook 2010 for a long time but now I want to use IBM Lotus Notes. At current situation I don't know how to convert Outlook data into Lotus Notes without losing a single file. If anybody know about any easy and secure solution for this conversion please suggest me

Systools Outlook to Notes is a easy and nice tool for PST to NSF conversion. I converted many PST files and the only thing to say is that  it takes some time to convert all msgs and folders but it works fine.
