i'm newbie in Altiris Manager and my boss need i create a report informing total of backlog incidents.
i'm lookup the article http://www.symantec.com/connect/blogs/how-automateemail-enable-helpdesk-reports-daily-backlog-weekly-createdclosed-enviorments-multi but the download are disabled.
Please, help... the solution is obtain a differenc between Incidents Opened and incidents closed in same day.
