    Go to Monitors > Search Events > Enter in Criteria > Save Query

    Hello,

    To design this report please provide a bit more specifics. Are you looking for a report with specific agent names under a specific time slot (last 2 hours, last 4 hours, last 1 day/1week, etc..?). Agent names: Do they follow a specific theme or naming scheme that you would like in the report, i.e. Pxx = production.  How comfortable are you with SQL scripting or would you like to see something more turn key?
