We just has upgraded from 6.5 to 7 and using ServicDesk and the Workflow Solution to create one Business workflows. I've got the seprate systems below
1. NS Server
2. Service Desk Server
3. Workflow Server
4. Workflow Designer
Creating Incidents on the Service Desk works fine. But creating an Incident within a Workflow constructed on my Workflow Designer seems to be anything but easy. I've tried doing it with Webservices. I'm able to create the Webservice component. But after starting i get an error like this.

Error Message:
'', hexadecimal value 0x07, is an invalid character. Line 4285, position 46.
Then I tried to use SD.components. The same. I'm able to import the SD Librarys and choosing the CreateIncidentSimple component. The hoe Model is valid. But when I run the Workflow in Debug mode the Process stops at this component with Errors.
Is there anyone who has create simmilar workflows which are running without erros? Are there any Step by Step guidance?
