    Log in to SEPM
    click on reports
    quick repots
    select computer status
    select Virus definitions distribution

at the bottom. select advanced settings.

here you will get Time Range

in that you need to select specific dates.

click on create reports, it would do.

you can do the same under monitrors - logs - computer status too.

I don't know whether it is having any other way to create such a report. But you can try this. Login to SEPM console go to Monitors-->logs-->computer status-->advanced settings
here you can set the filter, in this filter you can select three days back update,5 days back update(here it will show the def. name like 2009-05-06 rev 39) and create report .This you can export as a txt file and import this txt file to excel sheet and use filters to get necessary information.

    Hi,

SEP report can only show  count. The best way is to pull the logs for the computer which are running with the old definitions and select those computer and update the virus definitions from the SEPM console.

    To pull the logs,
    1.Open SEPM console
    2.click on Monitors Tab .
3.Select Log type - Computer status.
    4.Time range - Current Month.
5.Below that you can see the definition date, select the date which you want.

Now click on the view logs. Now you can see the list of the computers and it's detail discription.
From the results you can select the all computer and run Update content command.
You can see the command results on Command status tab.
