We want to create different service request template for different service E.g Premises access request, Wi-fi access request, Internet access request, Software install and download request

How to create these type of service requeste template in workflow and publish on service desk

The different request forms in ServiceDesk are simply web form projects. Once they've been published their URLs have simply been added to the Service Catalog for users to access.

Most customers will simply make a copy of one of the existing projects and modify it to meet their needs. Remember if you do this you will want to change the ServiceID for the new project.
