I know this is an old thread, but rather than start a new one, i thought i'd ask here ....
I have a workflow that creates an incident, at the time of creation, i want to spawn off a feww sub-tasks.
Best way to approach this ??

Wondering the same thing.
Symantec told us last year that there is no way of creating subtasks without creating a ticket first, even though I thought of running thru a:
"Email array in a dummy loop (single path demo component) and using a dialog workflow with it"
I never got around to trying it, but you may want to look at.
