How to create tree drop-down field on Helpdesk Solution

I am working on customize view to create tree drop-down field as like category field in existing view.

Is there anyone to know how should to create it ?

Here is a link to a easy to use 3rd party tool, you will have to pay for it, but it works fine.

However with the upcomming release of Service desk 7, I would not spend to much time and effort on customizing Help Desk.
