  • 1.  How to delete content of compliance incident folders

In our SBG there is a lot of compliance rules to create incident with "Hold message for review". After some time there is a lot of incidents, which occupies disk space. If I want to delete old messages I do it  by GUI (Reject or Approve Incident and then Delete).
Is it possible to delete more incidents by CLI in specific folder for specific time range, or something similar?

HI stano - I'm moving this discussion to the brightmail board since it is dealing with a technical question rather than a general question about the partner program.

    Hi,

you can use the "delete all" botton on the GUI to delete all the incidents within the current folder.

I do not want to delete all incidents. I need from this  feature to  save all incidets for last four  weeks (about 4000 incidents, it takes cca. 10 GB of disk space). Older then past 4 weeks incidents I want to delete. So I customize time range and I press Display button. I receive e.g. 2400 incidents, but I can mark max. 500 of them. Then I must reject or approve them and afterwards to delete them. But it takes a lot of time (10 - 15 minutes).  So I want to know another way to delete this incidents.

    Hi,

That feature is not currently available on SBG. In version 8 you can define a limit based on size for all CC folders.
Would an expunger option to "delete messages older than X days" work for you?

    Regards,

    Federico
