How to delete C:\program files\symantec\symantec protection centre\tomcat\logs\error.log file.

  • 1.  How to delete C:\program files\symantec\symantec protection centre\tomcat\logs\error.log file.

    Hi

         I need to know how to delete the following file C:\program files\symantec\symantec protection centre\tomcat\logs\error.log file since the size of the file has reaching around 100GB.

    Also I need to know how to stop it from this file getting created.

    I have got problem in my desktop showing symantec email proxy repeatedly. how can i delete this program.

    Stop Symantec Manager service rename the file to error.log1

    start the service make sure new file is created then delete the error.log1
