How to display virus detail on Brightmail Gateway

My Brightmail Gateway summary page shows 108 viruses. I have tried every report, log, and audit combination I can come up with, yet they all say either "no data", or that the estimated report excedes 1000 records so I can't run it.
How do I get to the detail of who sent these viruses? They are all showing Outbound.
I find this very odd since our Exchange servers run Symantec for Exchange, our PCs all run Symantec AV, and we have Symantec hosted e-mail services. I would really like to see what's tripping up Brightmail.

Virus threat category includes unscannable messages
Hi,
May be outbound messages that are getting the unscannable verdict are contributing to the Virus count that you are seeing. Please note that Unscannable messages also count as Virus threat category messages.
Please see table 23-3 "Threat category components" on page 654 in Symantec Messaging Gateway 9.5 Administration Guide for details.
