How to do asset association in asset management solution 7.1 sp2

Hello
Can any one guide us for doing asset association mapping with particular user, department, location etc
E.g Any desktop I have to map there other peripheral like mouse, keyboard, mouse, scanner against there hostname, department, location

Note that the Users and Locations must be entered before you can make the associations.
As Cost Items I would recommend to add mouse, cables, and similar items that you don't want to monitor after giving them out.

This is ok but If I want to do for 4000 clients at a time then what is a procedure for that or steps for that

In this case it makes sense to import the data using the Data Connector.
Once again, you must import locations, departments, user data, etc. before importing the computers.
