I have a network monitoring tool that gets flagged as malware everytime i try to push it down to clients.

How do i go about adding this to my consoles so that my clients dont

a)block me from doing it

b)add the notice to the console that an item has been quarentined

c)basically lets me use this product at will

also tried server autoprotect options...selected security risk...exceptions tab...clicked add...then this is all greyed out as well?

Dont know where else to look.

Its amazing what taking your time will do...

So in the global security risk exclusion area if you wait long enough it turns from grey to white and your able to work with it.

That being said...

Is this the best place to add an exclusion that comes up on client pcs as spyware?

The client tab? etc?  Sorry but please be specific as to where the best place would be to add the exclusion.

Sorry for the SPAM but It was a learning curve...lol
