How do I check why an email this stuck in the anti spam?

Hi again!

I just configure a few domains as good senders so they are not barred from the antispam but some of these emails are still being barred. I want to check why these emails were stuck, there is some log or some option to show me this?

The Message Audit logs will show you what the Symantec Messaging Gateway did to a message and the reason it took that action.
