How do I disable the client-approval when no-one is logged on to the client PC?

Title says it all.

It's frustrating for our Support Department.

Approval is good, when someone is logged on.
But sometimes we'd like to take over PC's that are on, and where no one is sitting.
Somehow, this isn't found in the manual, or in any Altiris manual.

I also need to know that, if it's possible, how I can set it in Altiris 7.

Thanks in Advance,

Danny

You could set up a super user account

If you set up a super user account in pcA then it won't require permission to log in.   At this point there isn't a way to do this.  When you set the rquirement to have permission users other than super user don't have a back door for this.   Put in a suggestion in the ideas secion.

Cheers.
