How do I find/download updates

I am trying to find two bits of information
1. Is there a service pack 2 for Deployment 6.9
2. Where can I download updates
Anyone know where I should be looking
It seems to me that the Symantec website is specifically designed to prevent me from do either of the the above. There a number of poor websites out there but this one is my current least favorite for actually finding the stuff I want.
I hate coming here for all the stuff we have that Symantec have bought over the years and ruined.

Do you have Notification Server installed? If so you can check for updates via the web console.

I believe the trial is the same as the full version just needs your active license to keep it from expiring.
Just to add
Service Pack 2 for DS hasn't been released yet.
