Your best option would be to use the Restore report built into OpsCenter (or maybe edit it to suit) - found under Client Reports and Restore Reports so a few to choose from
There is nothing particularly helpful in the NetBackup Admin Console I am afraid

hey,
are you looking for single restore job detail info?
or
all the restore jobs that are triggred from the master servers?
if for single job detail info,you can find the logs in
/usr/openv/netbackup/user_ops/<userid who triggerd the restore job>/logs --> unless user change the restore log path while starting the restore.
if for all restore jobs,
you need to start from activity moniter, or need to use the Opscenter.
