How do I know when Symantec has a new Client Update/Upgrade.

I am a new SEP admin and am learning by the Trial by Fire method angry. I have installed clients on 1200 machines successfully, but what I am not sure of is how do I get notified that there is a new client update/upgrade that should be applied. I am using SEPM 12.1 RU1 MP1. I do have a separate Live Update server as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You check sep client are updated or not on SEPM console.

12.1 (RU2) just came out a couple days ago so you can upgrade to that if you wish. All the relevant info is found here:

With that being said, you can continue to check back on Connect as the community is always willing to help and this is a great resource.
