You use a commandline switch -split=0 which will help you to create just 1 .gho file instead of spanned files .........................

    * Command line can be used on Ghost Cast Server.

    * Command line can be added to the batch file which is start.bat on the last line after starting ghost32.exe.

    * Can be included after booting the machine to ghost.

    Select Quit.

Change the directory to X:/ghost (WINPE) or C:/ghost (PC-DOS).

    Type ghost32.exe -split=0.

    * IF you are using ghost console then open the properties of task and switch -split=0 can be added to advanced.

Let me know if it helps.

Hi There - I was going to ask if there was a limit to the number of GHS files when creating an image - as the one I am trying has failed twice at exacty 6 GHS files (Ghost 11 - Solution Suite 2.5.1) - but sounds like the poster is able to get more than 6. Any ideas why mine would be failing?  Actually the 6th file is "only" 1.6 gig.. but the whole thing is at about 85%.  Should I try your switches and see if that will get it to work?  Any other thoughts would be appreciated..  Thank you.
