How do I run a scan in Safe Mode

Created: 20 Nov 2011 | 2 comments

My computer has been infected with trojan.malscript!html with the same results that were mentioned in a prvious discussion. I followed the instructions about doing a full scan, a Disk Clean and then running a scan in safe mode. When I tried to run the scan my Symantec Endpoint Protection froze. I repeated the steps several times, but could not run the scan in Safe Mode.

If you cannot get into Safe-mode, try scanning with the Power Eraser tool. Lets see what gets detected.
