You do it as follows:
1. Create your selection list...add in what you need to back up.
2. Create a job, and choose the settings you need. Once done, it will ask you for a schedule. You can then set the day/week/time that the job needs to run. If for example you wanted to run on the first and third Friday of every month, you can select that.
3. Select the selection list you created, and then submit your job.
It is as easy as that.
