How do I share (physically transfer) encrypted fixed disks between two PCs?
I have two Lenovo ThinkPad laptops both equipped with second HDD (fixed drive) and installed with PGPWDE for Windows 10.2.1 (Build 4869).
First one, X220i installed with Windows 7 Professional (64-bit), is the main computer whilist the second one, X201i installed with Windows XP SP3 (32-bit), is a backup computer --- I would use this backup computer in emergency case only.
I'd like to share (physically transfer) the second HDD from the main computer to the backup one so that I can continue to work on the same set of data files. I daily backup my data files from C: (the primary drive) to D: (the secondary drive).
Can I share (physically transfer) encrypted fixed disks between two PCs?
I've noticed there is a technical document regarding this, but do not understand what it means:
Thanks in advance,
P.S. my company prohibits I from using any kind of portable disk storage devices, such as USB connected disks. So using these devices is not my option.
