How do I update out of date symantec client

Hi All,

Anyone can guide me, What should I do for in this situation.

Please guide me as soon as so that I can make secrity status good for our envoirment.

First check if clients are communicating with the Manager, do you see green do on them?

how you can configured your liveupdate for clients , do they get from sepm or they go out using internet? you can check this under sepm-policy-liveudpate policy.

check the clients why they are not getting the content updates.

based on that you can either update using intelligent updater.

As I am seeing in my server console, There are SONAR Content is out of date.

Click on out of date report and check the client detail.

There are a number of reason for the client out of date

C Drive is full

Available content is corrupted.

Client not communicate with Server.

First check the client is online, if online try to run update contents.

Check the space avaialbility in c drive to update the definition

if disk space is available and client is normally communicate with Server then repair the client defintion
