    How do you move an Organization Created by Ad Sync to be a sub Organization?

    Kevin,

    It should be possible to do this with data mappings, but I am wondering what you will do when an additional AD sync occurs?  Are you only syncing one time?

    I am planning to do a full sync every night.

    I tried to rename some and i see new ones the next morning, but

    I was hoping once an organizational unit exists that it would keep its org scheme through the sync as long as it keeps the same name.

     

    I see the Data Mapping but am a little unclear on how to get it to work.  How does it know what fields key 1 , key 2, and value go to and i do not see a way to trigger a datamap on a none incident/change event like data sync or a simple do now schedule.  I watched to data map video, but it does not go into what fields can be used and how you set that.
