There is a profile document that Enterprise Vault adds to a Lotus Domino mailbox.

You can use the Domino Profile Document Tool to view or Zap this document.

For Exchange, this is called the Hidden Message.

If you prefer a UI view of the hidden EV profile document, you can also use NotesPeek (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg2...), drill down to the mail file in question then expand Profiles and look for the ev_parameters profile doc

The settings on this doc are managed by the Provisioning task, so if you are not seeing policy options that you expect, then DTrace the EVLotusdDominoPolicySyncTask to understand what is happening during a Provisioning run

Paul
