I can see the requests in the database (vSMS_SoftwareRequestStatus), but nothing shows up in the NSCap queues and the user isn't getting the software.
I'd like to do some more debugging but I don't know where to look.
It's not a constant issue, just intermittent.
I also noticed article
49774 in the KB which worries me greatly:
KNOWN ISSUE: A Managed Software Delivery will only work once when requested from the Software Portal (7.0 SP1)
We've not applied any service packs yet. But we do have about 100 managed policies published to the portal. Generally, they work. Except for the intermittent times where just nothing happens.
Anywho, this is a pretty vauge question. Just looking for some tips for debugging. Nothing much shows up in the logs about it.
