When you downloaded the DVD with Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) then go to "\Tools\LiveUpdate" folder and run LUAESD.exe to install LiveUpdate Administrator (LUA).

You can find LUA in ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/liveupdate/lua_2.2.2/ as well

This new LUA 2.3 will be able to install directly over the existing LUA 2.2.

If you have downloaded the DVD version (RU6 and above) you will find the installation files and the LUA document in the folder \\Tools\LiveUpdate

LUA 2.3 is available to Symantec customers on a case-by-case bases from Monday, March 21, 2011. Please contact Symantec Technical Support for details on how to obtain LUA 2.3.
